Born in Texas, Carmel Perez Snyder has been an avid storyteller since birth.
A former journalist, Carmel has reported on business and politics after graduating from the University of Missouri-Columbia. After living overseas and traveling all over the world, she has settled in the Pacific Northwest.
Carmel remains active working for a non-profit and volunteering with several community organizations focused on improving the lives of seniors in the PNW.
In addition to their volunteer work together, Carmel and her husband Ray Snyder have three adult children and also raise three very protective chihuahua's.
